ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by Jacqueline Bruce Art, subject to cancellation rights. You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (measurements, colours, artwork suitability) are correct before purchase.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are accurate at the time of publishing. If an error occurs, either party may cancel within 24 hours. All orders are refundable up to 24 hours after purchase. Payment must be made in full before dispatch or before work begins on a commissioned piece. Deposits for commissions are non refundable.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Free delivery is offered within Australia for original artworks and prints unless otherwise stated.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and delays caused by their local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND PRINTS
There are no returns or refunds on original artworks or commissioned pieces. Every artwork I create is highly personal, unique, and based on your brief. Colours, textures, and glow effects naturally vary from piece to piece, this is part of the beauty and individuality of original art.
Prints are also non-refundable, as each one is made to order and professionally printed specifically for you before being shipped.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was damaged.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All artworks are checked and packaged securely before dispatch. If your artwork arrives damaged you must notify us within 7 days by emailing photographs of the issue to jacquelinebruceart@gmail.com
In these cases, Jacqueline Bruce Art will cover the return postage and will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.
